Itinerary

2-Hour Guided ATV Adventure

Tour Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

5:45 PM – Arrival & Check-In

Guests arrive at the Mud to Moose Trail Adventures headquarters.

During check-in:

Meet your guide
Complete waivers (if not already completed)
Receive helmets and safety gear
Enjoy complimentary bottled water
Use washroom facilities before departure

The guide introduces the evening's adventure and explains why dusk is one of the best times to look for moose.

6:00 PM – Safety Briefing & ATV Orientation

Before heading out, guests receive:

ATV operation overview
Trail etiquette
Wildlife safety guidelines
Group riding procedures
Communication signals
Emergency procedures

New riders have the opportunity to practice in a designated area before entering the trail.

6:15 PM – Into the Wilderness

The group departs into the forests surrounding Ripples.

Along the way, guests will experience:

Quiet woodland trails
Mud holes and water crossings (conditions permitting)
Forest roads with scenic views
Stops to learn about the area's wildlife and history

The pace is relaxed to maximize opportunities for wildlife sightings and photos.

6:45 PM – Scenic Viewpoint Stop

The group stops at a lookout overlooking the New Brunswick wilderness.

Guests can:

Take photos of the sunset
Enjoy the peaceful surroundings
Learn about local wildlife and moose habitat
Stretch and take in the scenery

7:00 PM – Moose Habitat Exploration

As daylight begins to fade, the tour enters areas where moose are known to feed during the evening.

The guide slows the pace and encourages guests to:

Watch the edges of wetlands and ponds
Listen for movement in the forest
Scan open clearings and roadside vegetation

Back at Mud to Moose headquarters:
